Every item we sell is made to order just for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or accidentally ordering the wrong item, size, or color.

Something Wrong With Your Order?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we've got you covered.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once we verify the problem, we'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Please Note

We are not responsible for:

• Ordering the wrong size, color, or product

• Items that don't fit as expected when the correct size was shipped

• Change of mind after an order has been placed

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused after delivery
